Subscriptions to Pets After Dark are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Our company and our relationships are built on continuity of care. When you commit to Pets After Dark you (and we) are making a commitment to twelve months of continous after-hours care for your pet by your regular vet or a local vet who knows your regular vet. In order for us to maintain this unique level of continuous care we need a sustained financial commitment by our members. In the unfortunate event that your pet dies, we will cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
